Located in Shakiso, Guji Zone, our 55-hectare Gora Farm is a model for sustainable coffee production. We leverage the natural shade of large canopy trees to maintain the forest coffee nature, focusing on ecological protection.

State-of-the-Art Washing Stations (15+ Locations)
With over 15 washing stations across four major zones, we ensure quality control from the moment the cherry is harvested. Each station is equipped with its own warehouse and uses natural spring water and standardized raised beds for processing.

To ensure single-origin traceability, 100% of our export coffee is hand-picked and collected directly from the farm, guaranteeing cherries reach our washing stations within the critical 6-hour window after harvesting.
Processing Excellence
We utilize Penagos pulpers and low-energy washing techniques, followed by moderate fermentation in standard-fitted tanks. Beans are then sun-dried on standard raised beds to a precise 11.5–12% moisture content before moving to our secure, standardized warehouses
